Amangel Bhullar, PhD Student, School of Computer Science, University of Windsor
Machine Learning Engineer
Amangel works with the Electric Effect team and partners developing ML/AI algorithms for our ApertumX platform, with a focus on our SMART Cloud product and the associated experimental research and development. Her work involves analyzing and experimenting with various proprietary models combined with a range of ML/AI clustering models (k-means, k-mode, DBSCAN, etc.) to ultimately develop a hybrid clustering model for our ApertumX platform.
Amangel is a recipient of the NRC-IRAP youth award in partnership with Electric Effect and is now pursuing her PhD at the University of Windsor, focusing on NLP and neural networks, while continuing her ML/AI R&D work with the Electric Effect team. Her focus on experimental development has helped advance our ML/AI product development, and as a valued team member Amangel will continue to be supported by Electric Effect as she continues with her academic pursuits.
